For those that know me you will know this wont be easy - especially working 12 hour shifts. I have decided to do this as i have and am still having prostate tests please donate if you can -- if you cannot a few kind words or support whilst walking would be just as good -- for what it is all about please read on.

A good friend Dave Normington is recovering from a spinal injury. He made a commitment to complete some of the steps with me - 🤞he will be able to do this in the last week of the challenge as part of his re-hab.
