Prostate Cancer kills 12,000 men in the UK annually and more than 50,000 men in the UK are diagnosed every year.

March the Month is a step challenge for anyone who wants to keep active and help beat prostate cancer.

I am going to join the thousands of people across the nation, committing themselves to walk or wheel 11,000 steps a day throughout March!

What's more, I'll be documenting it too!

Don't expect hour long videos of breathtaking scenery and wildlife though.

No. Expect my fat red face, sweat dripping into my eyes, panting, puffing and in all honesty probably crying.

I'm aiming for the 11,000 a day (which is about 5 miles apparently!) - but we can all dream can't we. I am well aware 5 miles a day isn't a lot - but I'm massively unfit.

Who knows. Might even drop a few lbs and now I'm not smoking I might not have a heart attack.

This is also my TENTH year of picking a charity to raise funds for and I'm currently on around £6,300 for the 9 years I've already done.

Would be AMAZING to get to £6,500.
